The advertiser has purchased the right of reproduction in Keels and Wheels Magazines and on Keels and Wheels Internet Site only and does not have the right to reproduce the ad or photo in any other place or publication by virtue of coping it from Keels and Wheels Magazines or Internet Site. Due care and diligence is used in preparing advertising and copy for accuracy. Neither the advertiser nor the publishers are responsible or liable for typographical errors, misprints, mistakes, etc. herein contained whether on the Internet Site or in Keels and Wheels Magazine(s).

 Keels and Wheels retains the right to reject any advertisement not in keeping with the theme purpose and standards of the Company. Ad placement positions within the pages of the publication are placed per editor discretion. Publisher reserves the right to abbreviate for magazine publication if the advertising description is greater than 20 words in length. For ads placed into magazines, extra words may be deleted at editors' discretion. The publishers cannot authenticate the quality or value of the advertised item. Please examine all items carefully before purchase. Only one item per ad.

  Advertisers wanting to display a single or multiple item(s) and describe it or otherwise indicate multiple items is subject to having their text edited to state a single item for sale. Multiple items can be described as a package sale with a single package price. No use of the terms "will separate", "prices starting at", "others available", or any other indication of multiple items or the conveyance of a business activity shall be allowed when using a single photo ad; however if advertising as a business the ad may include the business name and phone number.

 No advertisement for guns, firearms, ammunition or other weapons shall be accepted unless otherwise having the expressed consent of the publisher. When placing an advertisement either through conventional means or through Internet activity the advertiser is acknowledging the terms and conditions as set forth.

 Nothing in the above terms and conditions precludes the publisher from having additional rights to ownership of the advertisement and placement of the advertisement in its or other media it so chooses.

 By accepting the terms and conditions the advertiser has agreed to the terms and conditions and recognizes the limitations of liable, fraud, slander and any nefarious or illegal activity associated with the placement of the advertisement as being the sole responsibility of the advertiser and not that of the publisher, its staff, employees, officers, directors, or any independent contractors, license agreement holders or anyone else associated with the publisher when making, maintaining, data handling or otherwise in the process of creating the publication Keels and Wheels Publications or it Internet Sites.
